We understand that sometimes, an item purchased online just isn’t quite right. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once your goods are received by us and are approved to be returned to stock, you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days.

Included in your order is a returns form, in order to process your return we ask that you fill this out and return it with your item(s). 

All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
