SHIPPING

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday only .There is no shipping available on Saturday,Sunday or  Bank Holidays.

We can deliver your order to the billing address of the card that was used to pay for the order, or you can specify an alternative address.

Delivery Charges
The shipping costs are as follows:

Shipping within Ireland & Northern Ireland:
€7 shipping cost for spend of up to €80.
Free shipping when you spend €80 or more,

To England:
€21 shipping fee for up to 2 pairs of shoes bought.
Custom and import duty not included in price. You will have to pay for them yourself.

Rest of Europe:
€30 shipping fee for up to 2 pairs of shoes bought,

Australian and New Zealand:
€50 shipping fee for up to 2 pairs of shoes bought.

Rest of world:
€43 shipping fee for up to 2 pairs of shoes bought.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes, an item purchased online just isn't quite right.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, items received after 14 days will be returned to sender. Once your goods are received by us and are approved to be returned to stock, you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days. Your refund will include the amount paid for your items but shipping costs cannot be refunded. This policy applies to purchases made at dimodashoes.ie. Items purchased in store at Di Moda Shoes can be returned for credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for a return until it is received in store. We recommend you post your return using a registered or tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.

Please note that any customs duty that has to be paid is the responsibility of the customer. Items which are returned to us and require a duty to be paid will be refused.

All discounted and sale items purchased in store and online at dimodashoes.ie are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded exchanged or credit given.
